The beautiful Kingdom of Eswatini is yet to experience dynamism brought by Dynasty inc. Attorneys, a newly stablished law firm within the Kingdom, first of its kind, a succession of highly qualified and learned lawyers all born from the same past and play a prominent role in business commercial law, born litigators, certified notaries, qualified conveyancers, sophisticated administrators of estates and indeed a “Dynasty” in the making. Though newly operational, the firm is showing a reputation in the handling of legal matters for an on behalf of its Clients. Our Team
The law practice started operating in December, 2021 with the first founders of the firm, all previously with
Robinson Bertram. It is a partnership established by the first five partners being Mr. Mxolisi
Dlamini, Mr. Nkosingivile Dlamini, Mrs. Nadia Wright, Mr. Hasso Magagula and Mr.
Mayibongwe Mntungwa. Formerly Professional Assistants of Robinson Bertram (“RB”) (one of the leading law firm in the Kingdom of eSwatini), the five partners and founders of Dynasty Inc. Attorneys who expanded the legal practice in the kingdom of eSwatini by establishing the firm with the sole intention to create more job opportunities and increase the legal fraternity within the Kingdom of eSwatini – it is established for generations to come!

Our Experience
Although newly operational the Partners of the firm are all experienced legal practitioners licensed and admitted to practice in all Courts (including the Superior Courts) in the Kingdom of Eswatini. One of the Partners, Nadia is also an admitted Notary and Conveyancer. The Partners have exceptional legal skills ranging from the Administration of Estates, registration of Trusts and Wills, Tax Law, Commercial Law and litigation, Industrial Relations (Labour Law and labour related matters), Alternative Dispute Resolution (such as Conciliation and Arbitration), Family Law (divorce matters and Children Welfare), company registration, Notary Publics, Trademark agents, Contract Law and Legal Drafting, Corporate Governance as well as Debt Collection Services.
